Strawberries and Basket

Hello Stampers
Soon it will be strawberry time. I remember when I moved in California way back in April 2000 it was the start of the strawberries season OH! how sweet can fresh strawberries be... well let just say that it was the best strawberries I ever had for sure and when I was making this basket with the strawberries I was picturing all the little stand on the side of the road and thinking how many stand did we stop and get some fresh strawberries so many great memories. Well these paper strawberries can be sweet as well just add 2 Hershey's kisses and VOILA! they are sweet. Note that many of the supplies are while supplies last:  Berry Basket and the Floral frame so get them while you can soon it will be to late. I have the video for the Strawberries on my You Tube Channel or on my blog today.

Now if you look at the top one I use the Pansy punch for the stem and after I was done and the more I look at it I was not a fan of the stamp so I started to look at all my punch then when to the framelits and BAM put my hand on the Flower Fair Framelits and that is such a better fit for the stem, look so much realistic. Plus I use the Wild Wasabi card stock not a green that I use in the past much but I think this is my new favorite green for leaves and such so YES I order more of this color.

******FYI price going UP on card stock.******
Please note that starting June 1st all card stock will go up the color card stock goes up by $1 a pk and Very Vanilla and Whisper White it goes up by .50 so if you are low on card stocks I would say go ahead and stock up think about the color you will need for your Christmas and such....This was so sweet of Stampin'Up! to give us a heads up I don't know any other store or company that give a warning that their price will increase, hope you appreciate the heads up :) I sue did and YES I stock up big time.
Well my friends this is it for now I will be back tomorrow till then Happy Shopping!

Stamping Technique 101
First Blog Hop

 Hello Friends
Welcome to our first Stamping Technique 101 Global Blog Hop. I'm so excited for this bog hop and even more excited about what we'll share with you all. The first Wednesday of each month you will find our blog hop and we'll be focusing on technique but simple technique so with little product and little time to create I bet this will fit you perfect. For the one that follow me it's about the same then stamp on the go.  This month it's all about punches so I discover this technique by laziness well I didn't want to go get the coordinate stamp set for the Elegant Butterfly punch so I made my own coordinate stamp with the Timeless Texture and the opening of the punch. I have all detail in my video on my You Tube Channel or today blog post at the bottom.

By the Tide

 Hello Friends
We miss our Masculine Monday yesterday due to the announcement of the new customer appreciation for this month so why not having it a day late.
This was a card that I did live on Periscope so much fun to design a card on the spot. What I do is pick a stamp set and let my viewers pick 3 color and this time they pick Crumb Cake, Pear Pizzazz and Lost Lagoon well I bet you can see that lobster in Cherry Cobbler well I cheated a little and color the lobster with aqua painter and in the cherry cobbler. The pear pizzazz I use it for the coral in the background. I'm always amaze on the result when they pick the colors. I pick the first 3 color that I see so trust me sometime I'm like NO way this will be good but it always turn out great. I stamp on shimmer white card stock so it was easy to use the aqua painter to color the lobster. If you are looking for the program "Katch" to watch the recording I'm sorry to say that they are closing on May 4th and stop the recording last week so it is NO recording, but it is very simple just stamp randomly with the Stamp set By the Tide and Voila but one thing that is very important is to stamp the lobster first and color so this way you will NOT wash the other ink. The Hello for the greeting that is from the Watercolor Wishes set.
Well my friends this is it for now and I will be back tomorrow.
Supplies list at the bottom note that the stamp set By the Tide is on the retired list so while supplies last so then the Lost Lagoon.
Till next time Happy Stampin'
