Hello Y'All
Can you believe this 2 video today. Well this first one I made way back in the summer, you will see I had shorts well long shorts and the second one I made this weekend. Both of them is to show how to make the rosette. The second video is much easier I think, I use the technique Book Mount. I learn that at convention and when I try it way back I didn't like the way it turn out but last Friday was the Ornament class and we try it again and OMG it's so easy the trick to it is to have your hot glue super hot. The first time I try it my glue was not hot enough and that is why I didn't like the way it turn out but now this is the way to make quick rosette. I kept both video so you can see both ways. The paper that I use is the Be of Good Cher and YES that is on sale at 20% #126896 for only 8.76 a pack. The tag I use the Two Tags Die #115954. The 2 small one are made with the Be of Good Cheer and the big one is Candlelight #Christmas Specialty paper #126901
Okay now before I let you go here a big FYI

Top one was the first video I did that I found out a new way and for me it easier it's call the book mount technique that is the second video

Here my goodies of yesterday and Sunday night. I back some banana  and pumpkin bread Sunday night and yesterday after work made some fresh bread and a big bread pudding. I wanted to send some goodies with the boys to North Dakota so I got busy in the kitchen and was so happy everything turn out GREAT. Love backing when all turn out beautiful. that bread pudding is the best but I'm sure is not the best on the girly figure HA. One quart of cream, 9 eggs and 2-1/2 cup of sugar not including the caramel sauce to put on top of it so I'm sure it leave a mark just looking at it HA Well You all have a great day stampin and getting ready for the big Gobble Gobble.
Update 4 PM Recipe For Bread Pudding
in a 9x13 pan Cube 14 slice of bread
sprinkle with cinnamon (i don't measure the cinnamon but I put plenty that the top is cover)
I simmer one 1-1/2 cup of raisin in  2/3 cup of water for about 30 minutes drain and pour on top of bread

Mix all together and pout over bread
9 eggs (this is correct nine) beat well
2-1/2 cup of sugar
1 quart of half and half
3 tea spoon of vanilla
one pinch of salt

Bake at 350 for about 1hour till your knife come clean in the middle. When you pull it out of the oven it will be very high look like it will fall off the pan don't worry when it cool it will go down.
PS This is a winner every time I make it even people that say they don't like bread pudding like this one. It has plenty of eggs so you can eat it for breakfast :)

Now the caramel sauce this can be kept in the fridge for a long long time and this is great on ice cream to :)
1 cup of Brown Sugar
1 cup sugar
1 cup of cream
1 cup of butter
2 table spoon of flour
2 tea spoon of vanilla
Mix all together and bring to a full boil for 1 minute and remove from heat. VOILA you have a Yummy desert.

  3. So glad you shared the "book" technique to hold that rosette together! I don't remember that at Convention! I don't have the rosette die, the pointed end sure makes the rosette pretty. Your baking looks delicious!
