Hello stampers
Runner behind a little……Yesterday was one step forward and two back kind of a day. Started at the post office, grocery then eye appointment, $$$$ later dang I sure don’t know what people do without insurance. I just can’t believe how much my new glasses coast me even with insurance but hey I need to see so I’m very bless that I can have those lens to see, so many don’t have that option to see 20/20 with correction lens so I will just be happy to pay the coast and see perfectly. Then came home to do the house work well that is where I started one step in front and 2 back I just couldn’t stay focus I had so many ideas to stamp but I couldn’t due to all the paper laying around my room for the Christmas workshop so today I have to finish cutting and sorted for about 320 cards then I will be stamping!!!!! For some reason when I know I can’t stamp that’s when I have great vision of cards 🙂 so now that I didn’t stamp I will share what I stamp at one of the make in take at convention yes it is the lovely set Kinda Eclectic. I don’t think we can make a bad card with that set. I love it. It is quick and simple will list the supplies list at the bottom.
Can you see the Honeycomb stamp in the background on this card well it is not a stamp but the embossing folder. How to do this is tap your ink pad the raise part that you want to have the image of the embossing folder place your paper in between, close the folder and rub your hand to push the ink on paper. *This is NOT run trough the big shot it just ink so no impression. We done that before with Beautiful Baroque folder for a background stamp image but forgot about this technique till we did it again at convention. Just another way to use your folder. I bet many will ask how to clean your ink off the folder I just run it under running water. VOILA!
I always say don’t forget to stamp your envelop, a little more love for the one that is getting your card and they know to open right away cause that envelop is full of LOVE and more inside!
Well my friends off to cut paper and hope to make time to stamp…
