OH! do I have something fun for masculine Monday..... I decided to ONLY use the Irresistibly Yours for card stock no other card stock for this card. The reverse side of this paper is plain white so why not using this for a full card and have the card image flow in the back. Stamp set that I use are Moon Lake and Butterfly Basic Here step by step
-cut your Irresistibly Yours 8½ by 5½ DO NOT FOLD in half yet
-Take a piece of scrap paper punch out 1¾ circle using the opening sponge Crushed Curry for your sun top right corner
-Take the circle that you just punch out and place over the sun (this is call masking)
-sponge pool party on the top for the sky
-Sponge marina mist and lost lagoon for the water
- remove the mask on top of the sun. Sponge more crushes cury downward for the sunset reflection on the water
-Wipe the surface of the card stock with a paper towel
-Stamp the goose with stazon ***now if you look closely you will see that the one on the right has the cat tail but not the other one. To stamp without the cat tail I use the tape masking technique. Not sure how to do this CLICK HERE for the video of tape masking.
-Stamp your greeting with stazon
-now time to fold in half but very important to score first, if not the side where it get folded it will get some crackle so using your paper trimmer or score board score the TOP yes where you stamp and sponge then fold in half. VOILA! you have one sheet card
So what you think for a one sheet card?
I sure love the look of this paper for a one sheet card. Only one day to get this paper for FREE after tomorrow NO more of this paper.
Well my friends this is it for now til next time Happy stamping
