Well time to think about fall the crisp air, pumpkin spice, rich colors and so on but to be honest here in Texas it not such a thing when we say crisp air but maybe going to see some double digits instead of triple digits that will be a delight feeling. Fall is my favorite season with all the rich color “up north” here I will have to look at picture and crank up the air conditioner way down so I can imagine all of the beautiful fall color and feel the cool breeze HAHAH
Today is super simple it is one that I design for the co-op group. The acorn is so cute and just make me happy. I use the Ghoulish Grunge stamp set for the back ground brick and color the brick with the Wink of Stella to make it look like the early morning frost. Just a perfect little note card to say Hi to someone, like I say many time getting a card in the mail is so sweet and even sweeter when you get a card for no occasion Just Because are so special, try to send a few card just to say you are think of them and I am sure you will brighten someone day. We don’t have to wait for birthday, anniversary, for them to get sick to send a get well card send a card “Just Because” I am challenging YOU are you up for it?
Measurements:
-Note cards already pre score
-Scrap of Tip Top Taupe and Delightful Dijon
Instructions:
- Stamp the brick wall using the Smoky Slate into the front of the note card
- Color the brick wall with the Clear Wink of Stella
- Stamp the greeting on the left side of the front of the note card using Delightful Dijon ink
- Stamp the line acorn using Crumb Cake ink into Crumb Cake scrap card stock
- Stamp the top of acorn using Tip Top Taupe on scrap Tip Top Taupe card stock
- Punch both piece of the acorn with the punch
- Adhere top of acorn to the top of the Delightful Dijon using dimensional
- Loop the linen thread to the back of the acorn
- Adhere to the left front of the card not with dimensionals
