Chevron Boarder with Designer Paper

Hello Friends
  today I will be heading home and later this week I will share many swap that I got at leader ship. Don't forget tomorrow is the last day for double points

 Now for today cards I did the technique the Chevron Designer Paper Boarder I have the video for this CLICK HERE to view. You can see the difference between  both cards one I emboss and the other one I didn't both way look great but with the embossing I like the background better. I emboss after my boarder is glue. The designer paper is Modern Medley #126926, card stock Cherry Cobbler, Basic Black and Vanilla. The little heart I use the red Glimmer paper #121790 with the Small Hear Punch #117193 and Yes our punch and framelites with cut trough the glimmer paper. Stamp set is Delightful Dozen *this is a great set for many occasion check it out on page 27.

  1. What a difference a little embossing makes! One card is smooth, cool, and I think that someone who likes a modern touch, an "uncluttered", no nonsense space would be drawn to it. The embossed card speaks to me. I see antiques, comfortable "clutter", old lace, old family pictures, comfort & warmth. Frenchie has shown us a great way to match a cute card to fit someone of either taste.
